- Know their legal responsibilities with regards to Occupational Safety & Health and Injury Management.
- Be aware of current national and international trends relating to OSH legislation.
- Gain hazard identification and accident investigation skills and be aware of where to access additional resources.
- Gain an understanding of useful tools to assist in the controlling of workplace occupational hazards and risks
- Be aware of the injury management process and the role the manager in this process
- Apply above knowledge to a case study and discuss the relevance to their local work environment
